CEDS Community

The CEDS Community is a place where CEDS Stakeholders can gather virtually to discuss how they are using CEDS as well as contribute to the CEDS standard development. The CEDS Community is open to anyone with an interest in CEDS; it is a central location for sharing information and gathering input. It is divided into two areas: Using CEDS and CEDS Open Source Community. Click on a button or select the link below to access the CEDS Community.

	Using CEDS - This community is all about how you use CEDS and is open to any discussion about the standard, the tools, implementing CEDS, best practices, and anything CEDS.
	CEDS Open Source Community - This community exists to provide collaborative development between CEDS stakeholders to develop out the CEDS warehouse and contribute code to the CEDS Open Source Repositories for stakeholder use.

Contributing to the Community

If a stakeholder identifies a need not supported by the CEDS data model, a use case and recommended code changes may be submitted to the Open Source Community through GitHub.

To access GitHub and submit an issue, click on the GitHub button then select the appropriate repository.
