Calculating a Response:
Use the following CEDS elements to determine the year for which the employee is employed:
1. Employment End Date ≥ July 1 or null
Use the following CEDS elements to determine the universe of employees:
1. Pull all unique students which is determined by using a unique Person Identifier where Has Person Identifier Type = Person Identifierand Has Person Identification System = State, or if your survey responses are collected anonymously, use Survey Participant Session GUID
2. Has Role = Employee
From the universe of employees, narrow the list to identify those who have access to on-the-job training or a professional learning and development plan directly from their employer, as measured by surveys, using the following CEDS elements:
- Survey Identifier or Survey Short Name or Survey Title =
a. Good Job Score Assessment, or
b. A survey of similar degree
- Survey Administration Finish Date is before the Employment End Date
- Survey Score Metric Type = Scale Score or Raw Score
- Survey Result Score Value is ≥ the level established by the organization that is considered to have access to on-the-job training or a professional learning and development plan directly from their employer
- Survey Level for Which Designed = Adult Education (AE) or Workforce (W)
Divide the number of employees that have access to on-the-job training or a professional learning and development plan directly from their employer by the total number of employees in the reporting period. Multiply by 100.
